This year’s block party at Franklin Park is the talk of the town and everybody who’s anybody will be there. Amongst those will be Rick and his friends, a group of friends who intend to make this a night to remember. Their antics lead them through a day full of hi-jinks taking them all over the city as they prepare for the party. They encounter friends, girls and rivals as they pull the ultimate all nighter.
